A huge thank to everyone who contributed to the success of the 5 Chefs Long Table Dinner!

The newly appointed Mary Valley Rattler and Historic Gympie Station provided professional service and an amazing atmosphere. You must consider them when arranging your next event or business lunch.
Thank you particularly to the volunteers who look after and service this wonderful piece of history. Well done!!

A huge thank you must go to five amazing local chefs for their dedication and creative flair in producing each course for the evening.
Canapes were prepared by our Food and Food Tourism Ambassador Matt Golinski 
Followed by a seafood creation from the The Station Cafe 's Mark Johnson
James Barnden from Charlie's Hotel returned this year with a beautiful chicken dish
Then Fabio von Linsingen Raimundo also from the Station Cafe presented dish number four, using pork.
Last but not least was the knock out Kim Jones from Kingston House Impressions.
Please support these local businesses when you are next dining out, and ask for what's local! 

Now to the farms and producers who passionately continue to create flavours that symbolise our great region.
Thank you for your hard work and dedication! 
We look forward to future celebrations, farm visits, talks and fun food flair in 2019.
