We love to cook in the Gympie Region and with Chef Matt Golinski leading the way as our Food & Culinary Tourism Ambassador we are excited to share with you a collection of recipes not only from Matt but also from our fabulous array of Growers, Value Adding Producers and fantastic Restaurants in the Gympie Region.
Each recipe utilises fresh ingredients that can be sourced locally from right here in the Gympie Region.
As a special treat, here are the sensational recipes cooked by three of our wonderful chefs at the Goomeri Pumpkin Festival.
